  • We’ll let you know anything that you need to bring, but for the day’s that incorporate yoga, bringing appropriate yoga attire to change into is a good idea.  

  • Absolutely. Our days are exclusively for private groups.

  • Our day retreats are designed for groups up to 12 people. In some of our venues we may be able to accommodate more, but you’d need to contact us to discuss.

  • We cater to all allergies and intolerances. Please let us know when you book.

  • We serve seasonally available scrumptious and nourishing vegetarian dishes. We cater inclusively for allergies and intolerances so just let us know when you book. If you’re worried about feeling hungry, don’t worry; it’s always a bountiful spread. You can get a good idea of the kind of food we serve from the images on our website and social media.

  • We want you to get the best out of your day so all our day retreats are alcohol free. There are plenty of great pubs located near to our locations so if you did want to tag on a drink on the way home, we can point you in the right direction.

  • In between your classes and activities time is fluid and you are free to wander, explore or congregate as you please. Refreshments will be available all day.

  • Our day retreats start from £155 per person.

  • Our yoga flows are inclusive and suitable for all, a chance just to stretch your body and feel good with some gentle movement that can be incorporated into your day, anytime, taught by a highly experienced and trained teacher, Tracy. You don’t have to have any prior experience of yoga.

  • Yes, we can work with you to design and create your own bespoke retreat day either at one of our exclusive venues or at an appropriate location of your choice. Contact us to discuss.

  • Our workshops and masterclasses are usually two to three hours. Refreshments and light bites are included – and available throughout.
