Your teacher for the day
Tracy is our venue host at Stanford Farm, her own private home. An experienced yoga teacher with decades of practice, she came to yoga in her early 20s before qualifying as a teacher. She is a registered practitioner of Hatha, pre and post-natal yoga and teaches groups and 1:1s at her Surrey studio.
Her gently guided classes encourage movement woven with breath, awareness, strength and joy. Each session is guided by the body’s intuitive rhythm, honouring the seasons so energy can rise, expand and release instinctively.
As a qualified Sound Therapist, Tracy holds a deep understanding of how vibration and frequency influence the body and mind. She thoughtfully integrates sound and moments of profound stillness to create a rich, healing and nurturing space.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, Tracy has a natural gift for helping you feel completely at ease; supported, seen, and ready to explore exactly where you are.
